This interview was straightforward, they contacted me by email to set up a time/date. 2 people interviewing which is standard. 6-8 questions they have to ask the same questions for everyone. They contacted me by email about the position.

Couple people interviewed me, most interviewers have no background in the job that you are applying for, the panel acts like they know what they are doing and they really don't. The interview is really to see how well you well just be a minion and listen to everything they want you to do. Don't act like you have a mind of your own, they don't want that.
