The physical fitness test I took was first explained the rules, and then the group was divided into groups for a cycle of physical fitness tests. There were agility running, gymnastics, badminton, passing games, swimming.
one essay, roleplay conducting a lesson for 5 minutes and the usual interview questions. If you go prepared with a clear understanding of what is expected of a teacher and your personal reasons of becoming a teacher, the interview will go smoothly.
The MOE interview was structured yet conversational—panel asked about motivations, teaching philosophy, and situational responses. They were warm but observant. Felt like they were assessing both competence and commitment to shaping young minds.
