First I got interviewed by the general manager then when that was finished the hostess manager came by to interview me once more. It was pretty smooth you just have to be super extroverted since that's what they look for.

The general manager asks questions about your personality (ex, if you were an animal what animal would you be, describe yourself in 3 words, how would your friends describe you and why). They were non technical to see if you are able to keep a conversation going. Hostess manager comes in and asks more technical questions (ex. Why do you want to work for our team).

Entrevista
It was okay, the interviewer asks a few questions and you give a response. It was a 15 minute interview that I signed up for in advance. The actual interview took around 8-10 minutes
The interview process was very simple and to the point. The hiring manager was very warm and friendly. I would defiantly say it was not too intimidating or stressful. Very easy process
