The process was split into two steps. The first step was a psychometric test testing your math skills and how quickly you can recognise patterns and graphs under time pressure. If you passed that test you were invited to an assessment centre in their Vienna office which lasted about three hours consisting of two interview rounds. The first one was with the COO, who mainly explained your personal fit and your resume. Then you were given data on a company which you had to analyse and create a short profile based on that. After that, you had to present the data to an MD who would ask you accounting questions and specific questions on how you would react to certain scenarios as an M&A advisor.
