Face to face. They spoke the whole time. Didnt ask about me, my skills, what i was expecting from them as a company. Very old school work culture, limited flexible working opportunities.

3hrs long technical questions prepare a slide deck. Could see the hiring directors were not interested in being there. They wanted to climb the ladder too. HR was very helpful all the way.
