I was recommended by a current employee. One phone interview and one on-site interview. The whole process is fast and received an offer on the spot. It looks like that the company owner, who interviewed me, had already checked my resume carefully and known my background.

The company owner explained the flow of MPC Energy projects in the interview and see if I can understand the concept. (If you have solid process engineering background and can pick up things quickly, then you should be fine.)
