A phone interview, then a C++ test (small project) and finally a last interview to talk about this test. The first interview was nice and easy. Some basic questions about my eduction & experience. At the end they told me that I will receive in few days a C++ test. I received it 3 weeks later. After sending my results I had to wait 3 weeks again to have a feedback during an interview. During this last interview the guy asked me to send him again my files for the project because he loosed them. 2 weeks after I had to ask them for news, and they sent to me a negative response. Probably the worst recruitement process I had in my career.
