I had a phone interview that went well with their recruiter and then I was invited for an onsite panel interview with bout 6 to 7 people. In total I spent about 2 hours onsite. Aftwrwards I nrver heard from the revruiter which absolutely shocked me. If a candsiaye comes onsite its for that amount of tkme and meets that many stakeholders its common professional practice to provide them with an update.

The interviewer never called. I reached out for a follow up, and received no response. Very unprofessional and was a waste l of time preparing for the interview. Stop wasting peoples time who are trying to make ends meet.
