After 4-5 rounds, Hr shall inform that those are parallel interviews with different people from the verticals but doesn’t necessarily mean you are qualifying and moving to all the rounds. They called me for interviewing at the office as well. Post 6 rounds of interviews where they mostly asked generic questions and focused very less on technical skills, they took another 10-15 days to revert that they aren’t moving with my candidature. I remember answering all the questions but since I got rejected, I can assume they are expecting something else altogether. The similar instance has happened with my friends interviewing here. No respect for candidates time. I joined a different company and I am glad I dint have to associate myself with a company which has zero empathy for its candidates/ employees.

After conducting 4 rounds, Hr shall inform you that these are parallel rounds and doesn’t necessarily mean, you are qualifying and moving to the subsequent ones.I was asked to visit the office as well for interviews.After around 6 rounds, it took them another 10 days to revert by mail that they aren’t moving with my candidature.No respect for candidates time. Questions are very generic and looks like each person wants to write some essay on your existing work and KRAs. Even if you answer everything to the best of your capabilities, chances are high that they will take some 5-6 rounds of interview, reject you and waste your time.A company which has no empathy for candidates should be anyway avoided.
