The process began with a phone interview with the contractor. The contractor makes top candidate choices to be interviewed by the command team, SFRSA, and contractor. Most of the interviewers are in person but some may be on the phone. The interview itself was nerve wracking, but it goes much smoother if you have a background with the family readiness groups.
