I applied online and was called by HR to confirm my current salary. They then followed-up with interviews. Process took about 1-2 months and meet with about 6 different people.

Interviewer was friendly, and provided a fair amount of insight on the culture and working style of MRM. Overall, it was an average interview. The questions asked were rather normal, from telling abit about yourself, to greatest strengths and weaknesses. Interviewer also shared about the account's plans for the next working year, and how I would fit into the greater picture.
