Entrevista
Very chaotic. The whole interview process took months. I got brought in for one interview. Several weeks later they asked me to come in for a second interview. Two months went by and I thought I just didn't get the job, they finally called me to say I got the job but wanted me to start right away, after two months of not hearing from them, then they seemed to get upset that I said I couldn't just drop everything to start. The interviews were with four of the executives, and it was very unprofessional. They even asked me if I was German. Is that even legal?!

Entrevista
The application process, initial contact, and interview arrangements were all made via e-mail with their HR manager. The interview itself was a panel interview with the Vice president, VP of Operations and the HR manager. The questions were mostly general, e.g., experience, skill, and availability. Some situational questions were asked, such as, “How would you handle an employee not meeting expectations?” The environment was very clean and the staff very cordial; however, I was surprised to hear several employees (probably from the parent co.) speaking German. Because of this, candidates fluent in both English and German would likely be an asset to the company.
