It took quite a long time to hear I'd been shortlisted, then had a week to prepare for first round which was only 30 mins (online, no intro with more info about the role or team size etc, straight into competency questions). Panel of three. Then another week to find out I was through to round 2 (in person, test and more questions). Panel of two. I received an automated rejection pdf letter a few days later and no replies to my request for feedback.
