Two rounds, initial round with key senior staff and final round with Ownership. Was very casual and friendly. It was clearly intended to test how we all got along - they had done several reference checks ahead of time and silent time reviewing my work. They were looking for the right "fit" of person within the firm culture.

A current employee told me about staff position. I submitted my resume and digital portfolio. I had two in-person interviews over a two week period. An offer was presented to me at the end of the second. I began working two weeks later.
