met with 4 different people over the course of 6 weeks for an hour each time and was then ghosted by the company, it's fine to pick another candidate but you would think after 4 rounds and a 6 week process they would have the decency to reject you.

I was given an exam back in pre-pandemic days. The exam tests your research and data procurement skills. There was also an essay back then. I then had 3 interviews: (HR, Manila head, Executive head).

1st round was a VP in the team to have a virtual call. One week later, 2 VPs conduct the 2nd round of virtual interview. In addition to regular self-introduction, they also asked about how to evaluate performance of a company, such as a bank and about the weigh of ESG factors.

the basis was the understanding of the CV and the kind of work which is taken up. the interview was technical and HR, HR was mostly a formality. technical was a stress interview
