It was a fairly smooth process, but it took a lifetime, as you had to participate on like 5-6 rounds to have the final word. The recrtuitment is mostly totally clueless and the do massive overhiring. You will end up with a really simple position to fill in, and they expect to hire quantum physicists (not kidding) for basic research functions.
Be prepared for heavy artillery.

Very straight forward, fast and to the point. 2 introductory high level interviews, 2 technical ones, 1 presentation, 1 HR. Fast turnaround, good structure, good organization, and presentation done in their office.

just routine interview questions on work experience, 5-8 rounds in total, some in person, some virtually with directors from different teams and different levels. no exceptional questions, the process was smooth but slightly slow
