First round with area business manager- ask general questions intro, pharmacology, compitetors, pricing, references and communication skills Second round RBM and ABMs panel- pharmacology, communication skills, reason for joining and leaving previous organisation Third round HR- work ethics questions, criminal history if any, political inclination, gender bias and other opinions Hr salary discussion with third party contractors- documents verification legal formalities etc

Interview process is really good. Questions check your attitude and honesty. Basic knowledge on science is expected. If you have previous sales experience its an added advantage. Freshers are also hired. Its all about attitude and how do we want our career to grow.
