Extended interview process over webex, face to face panel interview and 1:1 with Managing Director. There were case presentation followed by personal interview sessions. During the interview process, there were clear focus on belief & behavioral aspects and assessments were made on actual execution capabilities. I have approached them with STAR methodology, clearing articulating situation - task - activity and actions taken. This was well received which led to the selection.
