Quick and efficient hiring process! I submitted my CV, and within 2 days, I received an email to do an online assessment. I passed the assessment, and 2 days later, I got invited back for an aptitude test in a test centre scheduled for the following week. 2 days after the aptitude test, they then called me to invite me for an interview in 14 days. The interview was a pleasant experience. I was interviewed by 3 people: 1 Talent Acquisition Adviser and 2 supervisors from QC. They were all friendly, put me at ease from the start, and the interview was conversational but professional. I got offered the job the day after my interview.
