I had a chance to get Principal Scientist interview at MSD animal health at Nederland. Application to interview take two month. Had two interview with four senior level scientist. Interview goes well both technical and behavioural and i am confidant that, i am right candidate and will get offer but real answer is very shocking to me. i got this reply from recruiter "Unfortunately we decided to move forward with other candidates. Not that you didn’t make a good impression, you most certainly did. But we have had the chance to talk to candidates with similar background, but already living in the Netherlands. This is the main reason we choose to move forward with these candidates." if they want to select local candidate then why he select for interview. onside they are saying supporting diversity & inclusion and another side say prefer local candidates.
