First they gave you some cases to know how do you manage each situation, they give you time to prepare it an then you explain your decisions. After that they ask you some regulatory questions, whoy you whant to work with them and in Colombia they change the interview into English, to see how well do you imteract in this language.

Entrevista
My experience based on the frist round with the recruiter. It was pretty easy with general questions, we also talked about my availability for the next week for the face to face interview. Then nothing happened… after 2 weeks I sent an email to the recruiter to ask for a feedback, and I don’ t even received an answer. I don’t really understand, why is it a big thing to send a feedback: “ sorry, we choose another candidate but thanks”. Disappointing.

Entrevista
2 contacts with recruiters, was asked general questions in local language and 1 in English. Afterwards a 3rd meeting was set-up with 3 people: 1 project manager and 2 people manager. Typical interview questions and technical questions. After accepting the offer, a background check was triggered, which requiered offical documents. Would have been nice if this was mentioned during the interview process to start preparation.
