1st round video interview, all behavioural/motivation questions - very standard format similar to HireVue. 2nd round online interview (30mins) with two senior staff members/potential managers - all behavioural questions. 3rd interview - presentation on previous experience/suitability for role with other candidates & more behavioural questions.
