Recuiter called me after i applied for the position. I was then invited to first interview very soon, after a week I was invited to second interview and was called the next day.

Unprofessional. Second interviewer did not know the first interview. 3rd one did not know the second one. They did not even talk about each other and this is kinda disappointing.
