the process took place in 2-stages. first, an interview with supervisor and direct project stakeholders. eventually, i had call with the project;s steering committee members. during the second call, i had to present a powerpoint on how i would address the challenges posed by the project.

how are you going to manage effective reporting given that all your project's stakeholders are extremely busy individuals?
Short, to the point, most of the time including written tests linked directly to the role. First round with HR, second with N+1 and/or subject matter expert/-s. Generally good experience and less stressful than in other workplaces.
