- First interview with the HR employee, manager of the team and co-worker
- After the first interview I was asked tot fill in a form with interview questions, for the second interview
- Second interview with departement manager and HR employee
- Third interview: was supposed to be only giving a presentation (25 min) to upper management. After the presentation an unannounced personality test of 120 yes/no questions followed with an unannounced third interview with the highest manager and the HR manager. Presentation + test + third interview took over 2 hours. The entire interview process took over 3 months and I have met 6 people during this process, from which 4 managers incl. HR. I was interviewed for a junior position which required 0 - 2 years of experience in 2 different job descriptions. If I would describe the interview process it would be: hierarchical.
