The Interview was very quick and they were unprepared when I arrived. They did not have anyone available for the interview. They reviewed their software, asked some basic questions to verify what was on my resume, gave me a tour of the facility, and that was it. I received an offer of employment the same day.

Awkward, desperate, last minute, I was pretty much hired on the spot. I was called last minute, hired last minute, the entire process was just odd and forced and awkward.
