They didn't ask anything about the role.. Only one online test given . Felt disappointed with the interview process. The online test contains many reasoning questions. I'm currently working as a manager role but they called for associate role. I like the office atmosphere and all. HR behaved nicely . Everything was okay but didn't get interview experience there.

Phone and video call with recruiter and hiring team and they asked more about customer facing and learning new processes and be on call shift and how you handle incident
