[In 2023] Three interviews. One with the recruiter (honestly the most professional person of the entire process), one with HR, one with the CEO, HR, and senior accountant. Second interview with HR was more for value alignment to see if your personality and character were a good fit. Knocked it out of the park by saying I wanted to be involved with the work community. Third interview with three staff. CEO asked role-specific questions and company culture-related questions. Lasted about 45 minutes building friendly rapport. In the end, didn't get an offer with the strange excuse of "restructuring the company" and my lack of professional experience. Felt like a huge waste of my time because my resume already detailed my experience and we didn't need to go through three interviews to know that.
