The hiring process is quick and easy as long as you pass the typing test you're good. Most of the people that get interviewed have been referred so they don't really ask too many questions.

The interview process was really straightforward. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as call center interview questions. The interviewer was very welcoming and friendly just be sure to know the history and things about the company
The interview process was very easy going and laid back. Great company to work for. The managers was nice and informative. Great hours and work life balance. Loved working there.
