This company could stand to reevaluate their interviewing process. They put me through two 30 minute phone screens, a 2 hour in person interview and a 3 hour in person interview. I was continually asked the same questions and praised as an excellent candidate. They very much made it seem like they were set on hiring me. Yet, I still hadn't received a job offer days after my 4th interview. I politely inquired about when I could expect a decision from them and mentioned that I had another job offer on the line. Inexplicably, my having another job offer led to them eliminating me from the running. That didn't feel like a very fair decision. All in all, this was a frustrating experience.

Round 1: 1 hour phone screen Round 2: 1 hour phone screen Round 3: 2 hour in person interview Round 4: 2 hour in person interview with tour of facility. Consistently said things like "here's where you'll be working once you complete your paperwork" and "we're looking forward to working with you". Waited a week to get a rejection notice. Wasted six hours in interviews and being misled into thinking I would be getting a job offer.
