Pretty straight-forward compared to other places. Did a recruiter call, met with the director, then did an in-person interview as the final step. Questions were all straight up and nothing out of the ordinary if you practice the STAR method.

Overall Impression: I strongly advise against applying to MTY Group. In my experience, they demonstrated unprofessionalism and offered compensation that does not align with the level of experience expected. Interview Process Overview: Upon submitting my application via email, I received a follow-up call from HR a day later. Unfortunately, I was unavailable to take the call, so they emailed me a set of screening questions, including inquiries about my salary expectations. Outcome: Unfortunately, after completing the screening questions, I did not receive any further communication from HR. They essentially ghosted me, leaving me without any closure or feedback regarding my application. Recommendation: Based on my experience, I do not recommend pursuing opportunities with MTY due to their unprofessional conduct during the interview process and lack of communication post-screening.
