3 rounds of interviews - 1 with recruiter, 1 in-person with team, and final with director. I did not make it to the final round. First round was easy, just questions on qualification and providing an introduction + what you’re looking for. 2nd round was questions more about items in the job req and discussion of your experience. I had an off-day and felt I could’ve done better. Following this, I received no follow-up from the recruiter about the status of my candidacy, even after two follow up interviews. As someone who had to take a day off, drive an hour across town, and spend money to park, I found it unprofessional that I could not get even an automated rejection email.
