3 round interview for a Change Management role. 1st round - General interview detailing past experience and reason for application. 2nd round - More technical focusing on processes and understanding of the bank. 3rd round - Similar to the 2nd but more focused on tools used and problem solving examples

Interviewers are not friendly. Didnt brief and explain the job descriptions to detail. Openly discuss about your expectations salary during interview. Although my representative agent has discussed with them beforehand.
