Weird interview. Interviewer had his dirty unmade mattress on the ground in the zoom and it felt like I was talking to a hostage victim. I was pretty uncomfortable. One of the interviewers reassured me twice that this company was not a "sweat shop". If you have to tell the person in an interview that the job isn't a sweat shop; It probably is

- What's you background in political advertising? (but said in a weird way) - Asked if I had a problem with democratic politics (but again, said somewhat weird and creepy. Think it was the dirty mattress that enhanced it)

Entrevista
They found me at CATHO ( www.catho.com.br ) it's a brazilian job search site. My first interview was with the project manager from the project that they we're looking for someone and with a senior analyst developer. They asked me a lot about my preview experiences and the skills that was listed on my Resumee, they talked a lot about the work dynamic. the next and last interview was with the Director of engineering, was a very relaxed conversation about life, family and values.
