Initial phone screening with recruiter was easy and less than 15 minutes. Next formal interview is 45-minutes and significantly more difficult. You can use notes and they give you questions beforehand. My recruiter was helpful in giving me prep material and clarifying any questions. Knowing they wanted detailed answers, I did so much research that the interview felt more like an academic presentation. There was also some questions I wasn't sure how to answer about Google Ads (I had no experience) and how KPIs interact with each other in paid search campaigns. I was rejection but given thoughtful, detailed, and personalized feedback from the recruiter which was really nice in this job market.

It was a three-step interview process starting with a phone interview and then two subsequent rounds in person at their office. The second round consisted of a written exam and after passing that the final round was an interview with the team's head and a higher executive.
