First interview was a face to face meeting. Initial interview courteous, gave back ground on job duties. It did not get very technical as expected. More so if an employee makes a mistake there will be yelling. 2nd interview was via online. First meeting they never came online, waited for 45 minutes. 2rd attempt again waited 1/2 hour, finally came online but in a bad area being their connection kept dropping. The contact was also walking around and talking with other people. Mostly was about understanding of position, and company.
