Very easy application and questions which were applicable to a first time job. I would work there again. Training was about one day in a huge gym with every pool representative and each pool sat together to go over standards and pool rules.

You will have to take part in a swim test to ensure you can qualify for the class that they may offer, make sure you can carry a 10lb brick and can also tread water for at least 5 min without your hands.
