I asked for a religious accommodation after a job offer. They interviewed me about my beliefs over a 30 minute virtual video conference and then told me they didn't believe that I was being honest about my request. I was baffled.

It was a 20-30 minute interview. Only behavioral questions. They asked about what you knew about the authority, and what experiences you have had that relate to the job. Have a lot of stories.

Quick process, applied online and heard back a week or so later for a phone interview. Questions were behavior based and pretty straight forward, asked about school experience. Talked to the Hiring Manager and their boss where they discussed what I would be doing in the job and why I was interested in the position
