Preliminary Phone Screens are part of the process, but mine was in person at an event with a member of People Ops, the Director of Client Education and the EVP People Ops. This was very much a get to know me and the way that I think, what Candidate Experience Means to me, and why I had yet to apply. I actually spent a couple hours on 2 separate occasions at the event. I was soooo impressed with the people. I connected, they are friendly, passionate and care a lot about the company. I felt energized when I left. Always a good sign.
