MX has a very thorough and enlightening interview process. The first round is a phone interview. They ask you some pretty standard interview questions get to know you a little. The second round I came in was interviewed first by 2 members of the team I am now on and after that my boss and someone else from another department. This portion felt like they were trying to get to know me and make sure that I would be a good fit for the company. The third round about a week later I had 2 one on one interviews with with my department head and one of the other higher ups in the company. This interview was more about making sure that I understood the vision and scope of what the company was trying to accomplish. All in all it was a more intense experience than what I'm used to but even if I hadn't gotten the job I feel like I came away a better person because of it.

I applied on Glassdoor and then received an email from the recruiter to set up an initial phone interview. after the phone interview I had three followup interviews in the company's Lehi Utah office.
