Several rounds of interviews: first screening with recruiting, then interview with the team, then team leadership, then Chief Culture Officer. I ended up turning down the offer because I was really put off by the Chief Culture Officer, that was the weirdest interview I have ever taken part in and I am not really interested in working for a company that sets up a gatekeeper like that. No thanks.
