Took IQ and personality test after applying. Was contacted three months later to interview. Was asked to prepare a case study based on reducing scrap rate. Interview process was two rounds, first with recruiters and second with an engineering and HR manager. Everyone was very nice and I was sad to reject the offer, but the compensation with regards to time off did not align with what I needed. Also faced communication issues with hiring manager after offer was sent.

Still in process right now and so far had an assessment. Now going to a virtual interview through teams. After a tour of a he building then questions like how do you deal with stress how would you work in a team and what safety precautions would you take to ensure safe work space
