Initial interview was on the phone with an HR manager in California, followed by an interview with the VP of Human Resources via Skype, also based from Cali. After that, I interviewed with the CEO and VP of Sales in person. I met the whole team, employees, managers, etc. Everything was going seemingly great.
The whole process took weeks, including standardized testing, where I had to call off work and rearrange schedules to meet everyone. Used all of my PTO doing this. They really made it seem like I had the job in the bag and then turned me down out of no where without a reason, despite my request for one.
