My interview was conducted for contractual position. 2 round of interviews. One was with a team mate, manager and 2nd with Senior manager. Both Interviews were based on technical questions and writing codes for logical and difficult scenarios.

I had a total of three interviews with macquarie. I had one that was with hiring manager. The next two were code based interviews one on a white board and the next was with the head of engineering.

Second round - Systeme Design and API Design
Didn't pass the second one. The interviewer didn't consider my experience, just thought about what they do in the daily work.

1) Initial CV Screening – Conducted by the recruiter or hiring manager.
2) Cultural & Technical Interview – Assessment of cultural alignment combined with technical questions.
3) Psychometric Assessment – Evaluation of cognitive and behavioural traits.
5) On-Site Technical Test – Practical assessment of technical skills.
6) Final Cultural Interview – In-depth discussion to confirm team and company fit.
