Spring insight programme only required a video interview. No phone interview and no assessment centres. The questions were basic. It asked about your knowledge of the company and competencies, like resiliency, team working and your strengths. No technical knowledge was required. The video interview lasted about 10 minutes. Biggest difficulty would be the fact for some questions you are only allowed to have one minute to answer.

I applied online, it was very easy and quick. I stated my two top business area preferences and also had to write a 150 word statement about why I'd like to attend the Programme at Macquarie. I then took part in an online video interview where they asked around 5-6 questions. Some of the questions were difficult to prepare for.
