There was an initial test of technical skills, technical interview, psychometric test and a"behavioural" interview which tangented from q1 (so more of an industry awareness interview), all via Zoom and phone calls

We want ambitious individuals - tell us about an ambitious project you did/are doing and why you think it's ambitious.
Usually 2 levels, one is technical other one is more to see understanding of the architecture etc. Psychomteric test is also taken. If required a client interview would be hosted.

The interviewer jumped straight on the QA without asking much around the work I have been doing in my current role. They guided me during the interview process when I got stuck.
