I sent in an online application when I applied through Macy's, got an email the next day to schedule an interview, immediately scheduled the first available opportunity, and was confident about the questions they would ask, since I had this app, which helped a lot! The lady was extremely nice, she did read off a packet and said this is how they interview, and how they sign off what they think about your response to the questions. Afyer, she said I would get an email if they were interested in me, because they "still have to interview people." But, seeing through this app, if they want you, then they give you the job right there!!! .... and if not then they tell you what they told me. So from knowing that, I sadly knew I did not get the job, and then received an email the next day that I did not qualify for this position. It was rude for her to say that, I wish they could just tell you upfront, because she said they still others to interview, and on the schedule it only has for appointments, two on the 17 and two on the 19 of the month. I picked the 17 and got an email the next day which shows that the person after me got the job, since there were only two appointments for the 17. So that was pretty disappointing to know that she took it unprofessional

It was a typical interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. I was not offered a job since we mutually agree that it wouldn't be a good fit for either of us. They were looking for someone to stay long term and I was looking for a temporary position until I can get another job arranged.
