If you get invited to interview, you schedule a time over the phone. The interview process is relatively simple. You go in, the manager ask you about your customer service experience, your availability and what type of pay you're looking for. If they like what they hear then they give you an offer and ask if you can begin the employment training.

Entrevista
Applied online and received an e-mail to set up an interview within that same week. Showed up on the scheduled day and waited in HR until I was called on, the interview went okay. A lot of behavioral questions since they wanted someone who'd step in and work as a cashier at times.

Entrevista
Lady who interviewed me was 20 minutes late. Very polite but seemed biased since I had no experience. I tried to answer her questions with what she wanted to hear and match my sills to the jobs required skills.
