it was fixed interview questions. The manager was very nice. and 1:1 intervew. After interview, He asked to me "Can you accept this job"then I said "yes" it was very simple.

Very easy interview. Macy's does not really require any experience. If an interviewee shows that he or she is friendly, customer oriented, and reliable, it will most likely lead to a job offer. Also, the interviewer was interested in individuals who could work weekends since those days are the most busiest for them.

Entrevista
Very simple, generic questions, group interview, a little impersonal but very quick. There were 2 managers in the room and 5 potential employees. They went over each department as well.
