The interviewer was very personable. She made the process very comfortable. First she asked about my experience in customer service then she asked only a few simple questions but she didnt ask any questions related to the specific job title. The interviewing process was very laid back.

I worked at Macy's in the late 2010s. The cosmetics manager asked me several questions. A few questions were difficult, like asking about what I would do if I saw a coworker stealing, but most were straightforward. She was also very respectful and supportive since I was unsure how to answer a few of the questions. They know that you need time to learn. Overall, it was a great experience for a beginner applicant.

They used hirevue wuth 70 question and answer part A video 4 question . I have been working at macys for 10 years. I have been an grand achiever. Make my reward goals and gift goals . I have made over 2,35000.00 in sales at cosmeics. When I made an application they say that I didnot qualify. This is such a joke.
